The Promoter is SKOPE Refrigeration Limited, 57 Princess Street, Riccarton, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand (Postal Address: PO Box 1091).
1. Information and instructions about this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion, the claimant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be contractually bound by them.
2. Promotion only open to eligible Australian and New Zealand SKOPE Dealer customers. SKOPE corporate customers and/or franchisor customers who have direct supply agreements or ex-factory pricing are excluded from this promotion. SKOPE reserves the right to assess or refuse eligibility at any time.
3. To be eligible to claim the 5% discount, the product must be purchased from SKOPE and delivered during the period commencing 12:01am AEST 27 November 2024 and while stocks last only (“Promotion Period”). "Purchased" is defined as the point where a Purchase Order is submitted to SKOPE and the order is placed. Promotion does not apply to any back-dated orders.
4. Products eligible for the 5% discount promotion are in-stock ActiveCore 2 BME600N-A, BME1200N-A, TME650N-A and TME1000N-A (non-lit sign) models only. This excludes any ActiveCore 3 models, 1300, 1500, or SKT or SKB models.
5. 5% discount is on top of standard SKOPE Dealer discounts, and cannot be applied on top of any existing discount promotions.
6. 5% discount is only applicable to orders for immediate delivery only.
7. Stock is limited and this promotion is applicable to stock in local warehouses only. If there is no stock at local warehouse, customer is able to pay an additional stock transfer fee to transfer from another SKOPE warehouse location.
8. Orders cannot be backdated and orders scheduled for delivery in period (from 27 November 2024 until stocks last) will not be requoted as standard.
9. 5% Discount excludes made-to-order products, second hand, clearance, damaged, ex-lease and products acquired on short-term rental.
10. The Claimant shall be subject to any applicable terms of use and the privacy policies when accessing the SKOPE website, for the purposes of the promotion, or for any other purpose. SKOPE shall not be responsible for any issues related to Claimant’s access or use, or inability to access or use, SKOPE’s website.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any warranty activation claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
